It’s a gradual rollout, and due to this you may encounter a message saying ‘Details can’t be checked’ when attempting to transfer funds to the bank account number provided. Debit Card Load / Bank Transfer inside My Account
Login to My Account for easier reloads and account management:
- See the exchange rate before loading your card
- Lock in your foreign exchange rates
- Pay using Debit Load or Bank Transfer for convenience
Bill Payment
Use Bill Payment to reload your Cash Passport directly into your default currency (often NZD unless you take action to change).
